Roberta Awde was a member of Canada’s National Fastball team. She played internationally in the USA, Japan, Mexico at the Pan Am Trials and in Taipei, Taiwan at the World Championships, where the team placed fifth.Roberta later taught here at Runnymede C. I. and worked as the Vice Principal at Vaughan Road Academy.
