What is Student Services? What do we do?
It is our goal to do everything we can to help our students have a successful school year and make informed choices about their future. Students are welcome to come in and book an appointment and certainly to drop-in if they have more pressing issues.
We can assist our students with course selection, college and university applications, career counselling, personal concerns and crisis intervention. If we feel the student needs other forms of assistance we can connect them to professional, both within TDSB and the greater Community. This includes social workers, psychologists, youth workers and social agencies.
Parents are always welcome to call with any concerns or questions regarding their child. Ms. Pidhayny, the curriculum leader, generally handles surname M to Z and can be reached at 416-394-3200, extension 20041. Mrs. Prior (extension 20042) looks after surnames A to L, although either counselor would be happy to assist you.
